We place your e-mail address in our secure database and use it only to send your issues or special notices from our service. We will never add your name to our e-mail list without your permission. We will never sell, rent, or otherwise share your e-mail address with anyone.

You can remove your address from our e-mailing list by following the instructions at the end of every email we send.

Personal Information

We will never share your personal information – your name, credit card number, email address, your mailing address or anything of that nature. The only exception is when you place an order for something making it necessary for us to share your credit card information and contact information with our credit card processor. At that time, we will provide a secure (SSL, encrypted) connection and require you to submit only the information needed to complete and fulfill your order. Only our authorized employees will have access to this information. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone, nor share it in any other way, unless required to by a law enforcement agency that takes the proper steps to require it.

Refund Policy

Royal Lifestyle Network, Inc. wants you to be ecstatic about your new purchase. Please let us know what we are doing right and where we can improve, as we always want to improve our service to you.

If you do need to cancel one of our educational programs or tools/data services, we're here to help.

(To make it easier, we’ll refer to these entities as the “Royal Lifestyle Network’s Services” in this policy.)

As with any purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Royal Lifestyle Network, Inc. (RLN herein) The main thing to remember is by placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below along with RLN’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Standard Refund Policy

When canceling a service, please keep the following in mind:

For data and tools subscriptions, you have 7-days from the original date of purchase to cancel your "subscription services" for a full refund. Cancellation requests after the 7-day cancellation window will receive a prorated credit for any of our other products. Currently, our data/tools subscription services.

Royal Trading Academy 

For our online courses, you have 7-days days from the original date of purchase to cancel online courses for the cost of the course, for a full refund. No refund is available after the 7th day. This is because our courses are considered to be “evergreen” content. Canceling the service after 7-days would be akin to asking a movie theater for a refund of a movie you’ve just watched in its entirety. Cancellation requests after the 7-day cancellation window will receive a prorated credit for any of our other products. 

We will politely ask the reasoning for the cancel for quality improvement purposes.

There are some services or productions, however, that are ineligible for a refund, including:

Live webinars or live webinar series.

"One-off" educational reports on current market conditions.

Live seminar presentations that are not refundable.

How to Cancel A Service:

You can simply call our customer care department, 843-362-3100 or email us at support@royallifestylenetwork.com.

Please have the credit card available with which you used to make the original purchase and request a cancellation form. We require that you fill out this simple form and send it to us either by scanning and emailing it, faxing it or sending it regular mail.

Once we receive your cancellation form, a refund is initiated immediately. Refunds may take 24-48 hours to process but will be calculated based on the date the refund request form is received. For payments made by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within seven business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

We hate to see you go but, hey, these things happen. We are always interested in your feedback whether it be a high five, an "atta boy" or "atta girl" (depending on who answers your call) or constructive criticism for future reference.
